The treatment begins with Craniosacral Therapy to calm and balance your mind, followed by Full Body Hot Stones to release deep tension and melt away stress from your body. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy: Cancellations or rescheduling made 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment: No fee will be charged. Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment: A fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: A fee of 100% of the total service cost will be charged. Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a £20 fee will be applied. Please note that your session may also be shortened to respect the following client’s booking, and the full service fee will still apply. Emergency cancellations: We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
