Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% fee of the total service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, a 100% fee of the total service cost will be charged. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
